Zach (founder of Artus Digital), had previously tried a CRM, logging in from day 1, it became nothing more than a database. We showed Zach how a CRM can become a tool for growth.​​

Step 1: Discovery During an in-person session, we assessed Artus Digital's current tech stack and processes. Step 2: Solution Design Once we knew what problems we needed to solve, identifying a solution became easy. What Artus Digital needs is a simple CRM solution, somewhere to: > Upload all his data > Store and manage Leads through a sales process > Nurture the 'not right now' conversations > Report on his activity and customer data > Use data to create informed strategies for the future. > Prepare for future growth

The Solution

Create a simple, scalable system

Leverage Salesforce's FREE CRM. Salesforce recently released a FREE version of Sales Cloud, where with minimal configuration, Artus Digital can upload their data and start taking strategic action to grow the business. What did we do..? > Create Custom Fields to store all the important information about their customers > Update the Salesforce sales process to match their own > Import their data from CSV files > Create Custom Reports to surface key metrics for the owner > Train Zach (Owner) on how to use his new CRM
