Salesforce recently released a FREE version of Sales Cloud, where with minimal configuration, Artus Digital can upload their data and start taking strategic action to grow the business. What did we do..? > Create Custom Fields to store all the important information about their customers > Update the Salesforce sales process to match their own > Import their data from CSV files > Create Custom Reports to surface key metrics for the owner > Train Zach (Owner) on how to use his new CRM
