Gordon, founder of The Cycling Show, approached us after experimenting with a Salesforce trial. His business operates with two distinct offerings:

Step 1: Discovery Meeting We began with an in-person session, at The Cycling Show's York office, to understand their current Salesforce usage, how each side of the business functions, and what success would look like for them. Our priority was to listen, document his vision, and create a roadmap for developing his Salesforce instance. Step 2: Gathering the Right Data With priorities defined for Phase 1, we requested information to design a tailored solution: • Lead and Opportunity workflows for both The Cycling Show and The Cycling Tour • Required custom fields for each business stream • Desired reports and KPIs • Dashboard elements for a custom Home view Step 3: Collaborative Demo & Vision Sharing With a clear picture of the business, we created a Salesforce proof of concept, showcasing: • Proposed sales process design • Page layouts tailored to each business stream • Custom reporting for full pipeline visibility We also planted seeds for future phases, including automation, integrations, and leveraging AppExchange solutions.
