Step 1: Discovery During an in-person session, we assessed Mascot Media's current tech stack and processes. We quickly identified the issues itemised above. Step 2: Solution Design Once we knew what problems we needed to solve, identifying a solution became easy. All Mascot Media needs is a simple CRM solution, somewhere to: > Upload all his data > Store and manage Leads through a sales process > Nurture the 'not right now' conversations > Report on his activity and customer data > use data to create informed strategies for the future.

Leverage Salesforce's FREE CRM. Salesforce recently released a FREE version of Sales Cloud, where with minimal configuration, Mascot Media can upload their data and start taking strategic action to grow the business. What did we do..? > Create Custom Fields to store all the important information about their customers > Update the Salesforce sales process to match their own > Import their data from CSV files > Create Custom Reports to surface key metrics for the owner > Train Ivan (Owner) on how to use his new CRM
